This is simply a gif. coloring I did of Tinkerbell, the original version was an animated gif. that blinked and looked awful, as far as the coloring. So I basically removed all of the color from the image using PSP Animation Shop, then I colored the image using Paintshop Pro 7 tools. I'm aware that the edges aren't soft, but this was just something I colored due to boredom. My main area of focus was the coloring itself.
